If you have installed our Round Robin Extension for Vtiger. Read the step-by-step guide below to utilize it and assign records in seconds.
After successfully installing the extension. Go to the main menu. Now select CRM settings.
Under other settings drop-down select Round Robin Assignment.
To create a new assignment. Click on the “New Round Robin Assignment” button.
In this step, enter all the details. Give a name, select a module, and status field.
Choose the status for the field when it is assigned and unassigned.
Turn on the checkbox if you want to assign the records only to the online users.
Set assignment type. Enable the radio button to assign preferred users.
Select the members you want to add. Anr turn the status to active.
Finally, press save to save the changes.
